The Nairobi National Polytechnic (TNNP) is a public tertiary Polytechnic under the Ministry of Education, State Department for Vocational and Technical Training. It is located in Nairobi, along Mogira Road, off Park Road and Geoffrey Griffins Road.  The Polytechnic started in the year 1951 as a “Modern High School” catering predominantly for the Asian community and later changed into a Technical High School in 1964 after independence.
